Golovin Konstantin

Konstantin Golovin Honored Artist of Ukraine. 1954 - born in the city of Zelenokumsk, Russia. 1977 - Graduated from the Herzen State Pedagogical Institute of Leningrad, Department of Graphic Arts. Studied in artists studios: Honored Artist of the USSR L.V. Kabachek, Honored Artist of the USSR M.I. Kaneev and B.N. Kuznetsov. 1986 - joined the Union of Artists of the USSR, participating in 26 Union-wide and Republican exhibits(USSR). Member of the board of the Nikolaev Organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. K.Golovin - winner of two architectural competitions for the best design for the Temple-Chapel of St. Nicholas and the Temple of St. Simeon in the city of Nikolaev. 2008 - Artist is included in the Encyclopedia of Modern Ukraine (EMU). Many of the artists works were purchased by the Ukrainian Ministry of Culture for the national museums. 2012 - By decree from the President of Ukraine for significant personal contribution to the development of national culture, long-term creative work and high professional workmanship, Konstantin Golovin was granted the title Honored Artist of Ukraine. The artists pictures are in private collections in China, Ukraine, Russia, USA, Germany, France and Israel. He currently lives and works in Nikolaev, Ukraine.
